Recommended Use

Assess your tolerance before use. Mix 1 scoop (10.5 g) with 250–350 ml water and take 20–30 minutes before training. Advanced users may take 2 scoops (21 g). Do not exceed 2 servings in any 24-hour period and avoid use within 5 hours of intended sleep.
