Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal.

Changes to Your Subscription

You may update your delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment details through your customer account before your next billing date.

Billing

Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged on each renewal date unless your subscription is cancelled beforehand.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that billing cycle.

Our Rights

Precision Performance Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription services at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that affect their subscription.
