Description

Applied Nutrition Omega 3 provides essential omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, with added vitamin E. Each softgel contains 1,000mg fish oil, providing 300mg total omega-3 fatty acids including 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA, plus 4.5mg vitamin E.

Suggested use: Consume 1 softgel up to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA.
