Core formula across the range: Protein Blend [Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Whey Protein Hydrolysate (Milk), Milk Protein Concentrate (Milk)], Flavourings, Salt, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Thickeners (Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Guar Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose). Some flavours include additional ingredients such as coffee, matcha, caramel colour or beetroot colour.

Mix 33 g (approximately 2 scoops) with 250 ml of cold water or milk and shake well. Consume after training or throughout the day as required. The manufacturer suggests 1–3 servings daily.
